How We Test

Like all of the sites in the Reviewed.com family, our results are based on scientific, in-depth tests that analyze the performance of all types of Refrigerators in great depth. To achieve this, we find the best way to evaluate how well these products perform, working with industry experts.

Many other reviewers rely on their own perceptions, judging the performance of a product by eye, cooking a few burgers and assuming that this reflects the overall performance. We don't do that: we test products in a through, scientific way that allows us to judge their overall performance and verify the claims of the manufacturers.

Our testing is based on industry standards created by industry bodies such as the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). This means that we use the same techniques that the manufacturers themselves use to judge performance.
